First time installers:
To install ROBBINS ONline, locate the installation file (ronline .exe) on your hard disk and double click on it.

Follow the installation wizard to select a folder for ROBBINS ONline (default settings recommended), and continue. You may need to shut down your computer and restart it when the installation is done.

Common problems

• Missing DLL files
• Fatal Exception errors during installation

If you encounter a missing DLL file error, we recommend you download again. The full installation file contains all the necessary DLL files for ROBBINS ONline.

Fatal Exception errors usually occur if you are running the installation while other applications are running. Please shut down all open applications but leave the Internet connection open. Run the installation again, and continue.
