The World Cup Championship of Futures Trading Entry Agreement contains important information regarding the competition. Please read carefully before signing. The other applications you will need to complete to open your competition account, including the World Cup Suitability Form, can be found in the Open an Account section. 1. After completing all required forms, mail or fax them to Robbins.

2. Fund the account with a check payable to Robbins Futures, Inc., or by wiring funds.
