The World Cup Championship of Stock Trading® Entry Agreement contains important information regarding the competition. Please read carefully before signing. The other applications you will need to complete to open your competition account, including theWorld Cup Suitability Form, can be found in the Open an Account section. 2008 Entry Agreement

Submitting Applications and Funding Accounts

1. After completing all forms, mail or fax them to Robbins.

2. Fund the account as per the directions on the Account Opening Instructions form.

3. If you have elected to send separate funds for the cash prize pool, that check should be made payable to World Cup Awards Account and mailed to Robbins.
